Our 3PL facility located in Hillsboro is growing and has an immediate opening for an outgoing, energetic candidate to work in a fast-paced environment with other team members to complete all tasks pertaining to shipping, receiving and inventory management. Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in shipping, receiving and inventory management. To be eligible for hire, you will have to pass a background check. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES • Extremely strong attention to detail and organization and provides high level critical thinking. • Responsive and effective communication in all aspects of warehouse and production. • Provides excellent written and verbal communication skills with CFI Management, inter-departmental staff, clients, and vendors. • Responsible for shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy. • Provides exemplary mathematical and analytical skills. • Must have an excellent attendance record. • Works closely with the Working Production Foreman. • Forklift certified, is a plus. PRIMARY FUNCTION: SHIPPING, RECEIVING & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT • Manages and tracks all incoming and outgoing inventory with 100% accuracy. • Verifies quantity counts on incoming product. • Generates and prints barcode and LPN labels to attach to incoming product. • Moves and assigns product to designated locations and/or Bin spaces for product storage. • Maintains adequate storage for warehouse. • Use of forklift and pallet jacks to unload and load freight from trailers. • Communicates with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of client’s products. • Reorganization and/or moving current or previous months builds and/or leftover components and/or damaged items to their appropriate Location(s). • Manages the hand-off from the assembly team for clients damaged inventory (books, component items, boxes, etc.). • Manages the hand-off with the Client Services Coordinator for Return Breakdowns. • Always treats customers product with care and concern. • Inventory adjustments and quarterly physical inventory counts. • Follows instructions precisely and double-checks the work before completing the task. • Works on repetitive assignments. INTERNAL & EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS • Communicates effectively, following directions, strong attention to detail and organizational skills in all aspects of shipping, receiving and inventory management. • Assists with facilitating morning production meetings with inter-departmental staff to communicate priorities, quality of time sensitive issues, deliveries, outgoing shipments, and any deadlines. • Works with CFI Management to stay updated and informed of any changes. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES • Expo pallet builds, as requested. • Assists with general warehouse cleaning. • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, lift, and move about the facility. • Other assigned responsibilities and/or duties assigned by CFI Management. You will enjoy all the free coffee you want to drink, and occasional free lunches and breakfast. This position works Monday -- Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, and is eligible for Personal Time Off (PTO) and holiday pay. 100% company paid AFLAC benefits provided after 90-days of full-time employment.
