Need licensed plumber to pull trade permit - $1000

I had a home remodeled without a permit. The home has been inspected and the City is now requiring a Licensed Plumber to pull a Trade Permit to "verify unlicensed work previously done." The work that was done was install a bath tub, toilet, vanity, kitchen sink, and a water heater. (A licensed plumber did perform gas lines, so that is not included.) All plumbing work in bathroom can be viewed, as it is behind an open wall. I would need a plumber to pull a "Attachment Trade Permit" attached to the existing remodel permit (in City of Bastrop). I am paying $1000 to pull the permit, and see through city inspections. The work is complete, and there should not be much, if any, to pass final inspections. Any additional work needed to pass final inspections can be billed accordingly.
