We are a full service Multifamily Renovations Co. looking for good crews (minimum of 5 workers per crew) to start work right away on multiple high-end apartment communities in the DFW area, specifically Arlington area. We are highly organized and move at a fast pace and are looking for subcontractors who can keep up and produce high quality work. Basic scope: Demo Paint Sheetrock repairs Backsplash demo and installation Light kit upgrades Door hardware Blinds New faucets New appliance installation You will be paid every Friday on complete and accepted units. No chasing us around for money. Great people to work for and we have plenty of work. Must be presentable and professional at all times; have your own tools, transportation, paint drop cloths, etc...
