We are looking for a self-motivated team member to be one of ServiCar's MECHANICS or Apprentice Mechanics (utility person). We do in-house mechanical/maintenance service on our fleet of diesel and gas school buses and autos. We have a very well equipped large 4 bay facility. MECHANICS (3 or more certifications) -Starting at $18.42 per hour, after 90 days - $19.68 per hour. Additional $.10 per hour for each State Certifications and $.17 per hour for each Heavy-Duty Certifications. Will be trained to have CDL-B,P,S, & Air Brake. BENEFITS: Uniforms, Tool insurance & annual tool allowance, Healthcare (80%), Life insurance policy, Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay, Leave Day Pay, and reimbursement for renewal of driver and mechanic licenses. Approximately 30-40 hours per week. Monday - Friday, shifts schedules between 5:30-5:00pm. Opportunity for advancement in supervision and wages in the future. • ENTRY LEVEL Utility person/apprentice mechanics may advance to Mechanic status and hourly wage when achieving at least 3 certifications. $13.00 per hour to start, after 90 days $13.50. Additional $.10 for each State Certification and/or $.017 for each Heavy-Duty Certifications. With benefits.
