Found Cat Brown with Black Stripes

A small brown and black tabby has been wondering Flanders and 21st for at least the past few days. Very sweet cat, I'd be surprised if this was just a stray. No collar. I think it's a Female, but unsure, decently small cat probably <15lbs. The black stripes are pretty consistent through its body but the tail is mostly all black. https://www.multcopets.org/found/50835
