Nanny Share?

We are moving to Bend in about 4 weeks for a new job and have a 8 mo boy and a 3 yo girl. It looks like we will have some sort of care during the day for our 3 yo (possibility of her needing to be picked up from childcare) but we would need full time for the 8 mo. Is there anyone in Bend who also has children of similar ages who would be open to nanny sharing? We haven't found a home yet and will likely rent for the first few months until we find a home to buy. It would be great to share the cost of the nanny. If interested lets chat via zoom or face time.
