We found this cutie at my apt complex today (Laurel Ridge) He/She looks to have a broken hip/leg. They are a shirt haired Russian Blue and White cat.. The kitty has a collar that is green with pink flowers and a silver bell... They are very talkative... I have the McKamey Animal clinic picking him/her up...pictures are attached (sorry cage is dirty from my dog who used it for outside).. Please contact them if this is your baby!!
