TEAR OFF ONLY / NO INSTALL Let me know what type of roofing experience you have. Please be willing to learn and work hard. Tools are a plus but not required. Please have reliable transportation to get to and from work. Working safely and efficiently is always our goal. All candidates must be comfortable climbing ladders and working on residential rooftops in very hot weather. They should not have back issues and must also be able to lift 40 to 60 lbs regularly and can push, pull, bend, stand or kneel for extended periods of time. This is a very demanding job with rough conditions, so if you aren't able to do physical labor outside in the heat for long hours please do not apply. Most jobs last between 8-10 hours. Must be willing to work the whole day (8hrs minimum) to receive pay. Pay is $13/hr CASH at the end of the day. On some jobs I pay a minimum of $100 for the day even if we only have a few hours of work. I do this as a bonus to incentivize my laborers to be as efficient as possible.
