We also create a schedule around your availability. *W2 employees *Time and half for major holidays *Bonuses and gift cards *Tips For daytime shifts, during the week, a typical FULL day usually looks like this: 7:45/8:00 am arrive at office (North Asheville), load up car Approx 8am arrive at first job BREAK as-needed Approx 11:30/12:00 wrap up first job Lunch BREAK, length of time is flexible Between 12:30 and 1:15 Arrive at next job BREAK, as-needed Approx 4pm finish second job Approx 4:15 arrive back at shop, unload Approx 4:15/30 pm Leave for the day Total day: 7-8 hours= $129.75, gross *Most days are full, but some days are shorter and equal about 5-6 hours *If you have a little flexibility this is perfect for you. A lot of time people work mostly full days and appreciate the shorter days when they come up available. *Full time crew typically works 25-35 hours per week. *Part time crew typically works 15-25 hours per week. *We can cap the hours per week for you or if you need a minimum, let us know and we can see if we can commit to that number.
