We are looking to expand our organization by hiring additional Swimming Pool Service Technicians! Experience preferred but not necessary. We are willing to train if you are willing to learn! Must be a team player with a good attitude. Able to perform physical labor in variable weather conditions around the Houston area. If you are independent, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in your work, you may be a great fit for our team! This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year. Responsibilities, but not limited to: 1. Manage a swimming pool route 2. Cleaning of swimming pools each week 3. Manage a daily/weekly pool route schedule with consistency 4. The ability to manage an inventory of equipment and chemicals and properly utilize and replenish the inventory when needed 5. Brushing of the pool side walls, pool floors 6. Emptying skimmer baskets 7. Monitoring pool equipment and checking for future repairs or concerns 8. Filter wash and clean 9. Vacuuming pool & spa (as needed only) 10. Skimming of pool surface with pool net 11. Check/add all chemicals necessary 12. Ensure water is balanced properly 13. Check filter pressure (PSI reading) 14.
