In this position, you will: -Maintain a safe work environment with Lock-Out/Tag-Out. - Clear material from the operating deck of a metal shredder. - Remove material from around conveyor belts. - Must be able to work outside. -Must be physically able to do the job. In return: *Paid/on the job training. *Year round, full time employment. *We provide all necessary protective equipment except steel toed boots. *Wage increases based on attendance and work ethic. *Weekly overtime starts after 40 hours, 1.5 times normal wage, currently working 50+ hours a week. *We promote from within to our other five departments. *Benefits available by 90 days - NEW We are currently working 10 hour days, five days a week, 50 hours a week. We promote from within! Examples include welding training, CDL sponsorship program, and leadership roles. All available after six months of employment in good standing.
