Rehoming small dog

I'm rehoming my dog. He's 10 pounds. Pomeranian. We are moving and can only have two pets. We're upset but we're moving asap and finding a rental home is hard. Plus we don't want to deal with landlord's anymore. I can tell more if interested. I need someone to promise me to keep in touch and let me know how he's doing because my daughter is really upset about this. She wants to be able to see him which I know someone might not want to do but atleast send me pictures? He's such a good boy. He gets along with other dogs and I have a cat which he does leave the cat alone or he might try to play with cat but our cat just runs away. Asking rehoming fee of $250. He's been to vet since I've had him. Ive had him now 7 months. . If it does not work out I want him back to try rehoming again. I'm going to be very picky who I give him to just fyi
