Pay information: Base $1457.62 a month with an opportunity for additional earnings for extra service requests. This is a part-time long-term opportunity with training provided throughout. It is the perfect job for semi-retired individuals looking for something to keep them busy or general labourers who are looking for more work to add to their schedule. As a Maintenance Technician you: · perform site visits and take photos of the site · install signs · perform general maintenance and upkeep of the furniture and site Helpful experience: Construction, landscaping, grounds keeping, property management, cleaning, and repairs.
