Come learn how to cook with Chef Paulette Bilsky-Phillips in a plant based cooking class. What: Interactive and hands-on cooking class When: Thursday, January 27th, 2022 at 6:30 PM Where: Miami Dade College, Wolfson Campus Miami Culinary Institute 415 NE 2nd Ave Miami, FL 33132 (Building 9) - Room 9401 Complimentary Parking: 560 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33130 (Building 7) Who: Chef Paulette Bilsky-Phillips Start 2022 with a “nutrition & delicious” plant based cooking demonstration. Chef Paulette will demonstrate and use members of the class to help create three (3) culinary classics. If you’re not plant based, I will share how to add your favorite proteins if you desire! Note: Recipes will be provided to each participant. Curried Cauliflower with Garbanzo bean and assorted vegetables (puréed carrot base) over Coconut RiceMushroom Fettuccine Alfredo (cashew based cream mushroom & edamame) Plant Based PicadilloSeasoned gluten free bread will be served.Groups may sit together at a table with a glass of wine to enjoy their creation! You will receive a complimentary glass of wine. You must be 21 years of age or older to drink alcoholic beverages. This class is open to adults 18 years of age and older only.
