Hello, We are a commercial landscape and snow removal company with several locations throughout the Tri-State area servicing over 400 commercial properties. We have built a great reputation throughout the industry and have a A+ BBB rating. We are looking for Site Checkers. Site Checkers are the companies “eyes and ears” for each of our properties during snow and ice events. What Do I Need To Be A Site Checker? 1. MUST Have A 4WD vehicle In Good Condition 2. Ability and Willingness To Drive During Snow Storms In Inclement Weather 3. Have A Smart Phone 4. Able To Work Anytime We Have Winter Weather (Odd Hours) 5. Able To Work for Long Periods Of Time (small events 8 hours, Larger Events 20+ hours) Do I Need Experience? 1. Experience In Snow Plowing, Landscaping, Mechanic, Construction and Transportation Is Not Required But Is Greatly Preferred 2. Spanish Speaking (Bi-Lingual) Is A Huge Plus What Locations Are Available? We Have Positions For The Following Areas: 1. Central Jersey & Jersey Shore Area 2. North New Jersey ( Hudson, Union, Somerset & Morris County) 3. South Jersey 4. NYC Area (Brooklyn & Queens Locations) What Are My Responsibilities? 1. You Will Be Checking A List Of 20-25 Properties In The Same Area. When You Arrive To Each Property You Will Be Required To Call Our Operations Manager And Explain If A Plow Driver Is On Site and Status Of Snow Removal On Each Property. 2. Your Will Be Required To Speak To Snow Plow Contractor On Site 3. You May Be Required To Speak To Property Owner On Site (Client) 4. You will Need To Take Pictures and Videos Of Snow Plowing Progress On Site This Process Is Repeated From Site To Site. You Will Not Be Required To Shovel Or Do Any Manual Work Except Walk Around The Property. How Does Payment ? We Pay $40/Hr (You Would Be Responsible For Gas Of Your Vehicle) (We Will Pay For Toll Charges) We Pay 24hrs After The End Of Storm Ice events or refreezing events expect to work 5-8 hrs You can expect to work 8-12 hrs on 3-4 in snow storm You can expect to work 12-18+ hrs on 6-8 in snow storm You can expect to work 18-24+ hrs on 12+ in snow storm (On storms larger than 12 inches you can expect to work for multiple days around the clock, you will have time to sleep but its checking on sites around the clock) What’s The Next Step ?
