Salsa & Bachata Social dancing & Class Join us Friday February 18th, at Salseros Dance Studio! DJ Jose Cruz will be playing great Salsa & Bachata Music, A Salsa & bachata class for beginners is taught by Michelle Cruz at 9pm. No experience or partner is necessary. Doors open at 8:45pm, class begins at 9pm, and dancing starts at 10pm. $8 Cover including class. We believe in the power of salsa to transcend differences and bring people together, and we are passionate about building community and sharing our love of Latin dance and music. Started in the mid-1960s from a variety of Latin influences, salsa is now an international phenomenon. Salseros reaches hundreds of people each year through excellence in performance, instruction, and events. In addition to offering classes, the company has four performance groups: Salseros Dance Company On2 Group, The Salseros Bachata Group, the Salseros On1 Training Group, and the Salseros Ladies Styling Group, and Salseros Productions has recently sponsored a new salsa band, Descarga 54 that plays once a month at the studio's Salsa Nights.
