Presenter Bio: Cindy Dedrick started her career in care in 1999 in her home state of Arizona. First as a Certified Nursing Assistant and then as a Physical Therapy Aide and Discharged Planner in skilled nursing. It was during that time that she fell in love with the thought of providing care and being a voice for those who could not speak for themselves. Over the past 15 years, she has directly worked in assisted living and memory care as a Memory Care Director, Sales and Marketing Director and Assistant Executive Director. Cindy has also served as dementia support group host and has provided training and support for caregivers and families who are caring for loved ones in their home and have been affected by Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of dementia.
