Intention Setting Workshop Through Art + Collage “Even a tiny ember can become a living flame.” - Gunilla Norris Spend the afternoon bringing your heart and will into alignment. This workshop will provide inspiration and a creative, safe space for allowing your dreams and visions to come into being. Each individual will be provided all the materials to create a collage vision board that will then be incorporated onto a match box. The end result will then provide an intentional practice into your daily lives, as each time you light a match from the box, you will be reminded of your own inner flame and intention. SHYFT at Mile High is a nonprofit dedicated to helping people reduce stress, move through trauma, and create connection using movement, meditation, art, and technology.
