Qualifications: *Happy, Friendly & Courteous (Greets customers by name with a smile on their face) *Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other associates in English - Bilingual preferred (English & Spanish) *Ability to provide supervision and training of new employees and give daily direction and worklists. *Must adhere to dress code *Strong communications skills. *Strong customer service skills. *Valid Driver's License *Clean criminal/driving record *Must be able to drive (Company's Car). *Must not be allergic or afraid of domestic animal *Must be able to work without supervision *Must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds *Must have reliable transportation *Comprehensive knowledge of house cleaning, hard floor care, carpet care, and window washing. *A sense of urgency to complete tasks. *Minimum two years of experience in similar positions. Responsibilities - Responsible for locations assigned by the Operations Manager. - Attend to clients' inquiries and requests. - Instruct and delegate tasks to the team. - Perform walk-through's and inspections. - Training of new employees. - Work with management on performance appraisals. - Assign daily direction and worklist. - Resolve problems and make decisions at the operational level. - Assist management in writing employee reviews. - Replenish supplies. - Maintain and repair equipment. - Inspect completed work for conformance to standards. - Fill in for absent employees. - General house cleaning includes trash removal; dusting; cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, family room, dining room, den/office, utility room; vacuuming hard floors, mopping floors, window washing, vacuuming carpets, other duties as assigned. * Specific duties may vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client at each location. MAJA Cleaning Services will train the employee on the proper guidelines, procedures, and proper use of chemicals and equipment during initial training and on an ongoing basis. Employees are expected to follow these guidelines and procedures as outlined. __ ** We Offer: No nights, No weekends, No Holidays. Weekly Pay Pay increase (based on performance) Paid travel times Paid vacation (5 days) after the first year of employment. Paid major holidays after six months of employment.
