What were your biggest lessons or disappointments from 2021? What were your biggest accomplishments? What are you proud of in 2021? Now, how would you like 2022 to play out? What do you want to overcome? What do you want to accomplish? Every morning you are given the opportunity to re-invent yourself. You get to decide what you want to do and what you want to stop doing. Start with the End in mind. What do you want you life to look like? What are you remembered for? Identify your mission (strongly felt aim or calling), values (importance or worth) and vision.
