EPC has an opportunity at the Las Vegas, Nevada facility for a 2nd shift Assistant Facility Manager to: •Communicate all matters of importance to Facility Manager and to facilitate goal achievement •Be responsible for maintaining company procedures and consistently enforce company policies •Manage, coach, mentor, and developing staff to achieve prescribed objectives •Provide quality ongoing feedback to staff giving appropriate credit & recognition •Create an atmosphere to where open communication is easily accomplished Requirements: Education •High school Diploma or equivalent Experience & Skills •Minimum of 5 years working in a warehouse type environment •Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role •Proficient with Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Outlook) •Ability to build an efficient and cohesive production team •Strong oral and written communication skills •Creative thinker to add new ideas and concepts Personal Skills to Interact with Stagg, Customers and Clients: •Must be willing to go above and beyond to accomplish goals and tasks •Must be able to multi-task and balance the needs of others and the team •Must be able to handle multiple projects and implement sound decisions in a timely matter •Must be able to work with minimal supervision •Must be available on call with Johnson Controls and HQ with facility emergencies Familiarity with ISO 14001 and E-Steward Certification standards, knowledge of computer technology, forklift certified, and minimum of 2 years supervising staff of 5 or more are preferred but not required.
