Higher Ground Outreach Church is a non-profit organization in Baton Rouge, LA. It was founded on August 29, 1999. Pastors and Founders Bishop Rickey T. Washington Sr. & Pastor Lesia Washington. Higher Ground Outreach Church serves families and children in our community through various methods spiritually as well as physically. Through back to school give a ways, Thanksgiving Turkey give aways, Christmas toy give aways, Youth and children's camps, field trips, seminars, free concerts, musicals, training classes to build families and strengthen spiritual and social skills. Networking with various organizations in our community to provide information that will strengthen people individually and as a family! Higher Ground Outreach Church a place for the whole family!
