Description

Support the #WalkTheWalk for Mental Health Awareness by attending our Feb 12th Celebration!!! Grand door prize value is $600! Vday AUCTION! February 8th at 6am Tony “BluntZman” Andrews will start his nearly 90 MILE WALK to the Tulsa city limits following the infamous Route66, and he is due to arrive in Tulsa on February 12th. Tony is not an athlete, however he is passionate about this cause and willing to push all limits if it will help even one person. Tony is now physically and mentally preparing for his journey. At 8pm on February 12th we are having a welcome party for Tony Andrews at the Smoklahoma Lounge located at 1865 South Sheridan Rd. We welcome everyone to come out and congratulate him for his amazing efforts, sacrifice, and for raising money for those in our own North Tulsa community. Tony’s goal is to raise awareness so that victims of abuse and those suffering with mental illness will set fear and pride aside and get help. Find someone you can confide in and talk it out. Walk it out. Walk the Walk. Tony says he feels absolutely free while he is out walking, and hopes that people will join him by walking in their own areas. Take a selfie and post it to social media with the hash tag #WalkTheWalk and join in the community!! The proceeds raised by this walk will be presented to Lester Shaw “L2” for charities Pocket Full of Hope, Empower The Creator, and Hoop Dads, located in North Tulsa where they are on the ground helping those in need daily. Many of those currently being helped are customers of The Motherland Dispensary owned by Grammy nominated Lester Shaw and Grammy nominated Folami of “Chic”, where those in need are personally mentored and trained in how to live a more healthy lifestyle. A little more about Tony. As a child Tony suffered molestation at the hands of a couple in his community. He wasn’t able to talk about what happened even though the crime was reported, justice was never served. This injustice, and the inability to talk about his experience greatly affected his whole life leading to drug addiction, homelessness, and crime. He feels that he was a terrible person during all those years and is adamant about being a positive light in this world and helping up his fellow man the best he can. God has given him a second chance at life, and he only wants to be a better man than he was the day before. Tony is a popular figure on social media and everywhere he goes! He is a hype man, promotor, and quite a character!! He does live videos on Facebook and Instagram where you can find him wearing all kinds of craziness, and hear him “talk about it”. “I’m BluntZman and I’m here to talk about it” is one of his most popular catch phrases. Tony is now 21 months free from meth addiction, and he hopes he can help others before they turn to drugs, and Heaven forbid suicide. Many of his viewers are fighting addiction and mental illness, and he is able to reach them in a way most people can’t, simply because they haven’t “been there”. Tony sincerely hopes that he can help to begin breaking some generational curses and help others to feel free to “talk about it”. We sincerely hope that you can participate in our event in some way, we’ve attached ways that people can help!
