Her love for the hair industry has dedicated her to educating on the importance of health and safety to ensure that the safety of the public and industry professional is maintained. It is also her belief that quality education is necessary to ensure that proper application and technique is met through Cosmetology approved curriculum teaching requirements.   While working behind the chair over the years, Sharla realized how hands on she was with the community and her desire to assist in being a part of the village could not be dismissed.
