Graze n’ Go by Gifford’s will take you through the step-by-step process of how to put together a gorgeous charcuterie board, as well as how to make meat roses and other techniques that will impress your family and friends. We’ll provide handouts, a suggested shopping list, discuss the best way to gather and group foods and how to make your board photo-ready! Tickets are $65 and includes a sampling of meats, cheeses, fruit, crackers, one glass of wine/pint of beer and you will leave with fun memories and a box of food items that you’ve learned to prepare.
