February 12, eMbers Venue is dedicated to a Valentine’s night for lovers, friends, and family to share an experience of food & drink. February 12, eMbers Venue is dedicated to a Valentine’s night for lovers, friends, and family to share an intimate experience of food, drink, and fun. Four Course Meal: Dinner will be starting with a hors d'oeuvre of Stone Fruit, Prosciutto & Ricotta Crostini. Followed by your choice of Fired Roasted Tomato & Red Pepper Soup OR Fresh Garden Salad. For the entrée, you will receive a duet plate of Champagne Chicken served with a Creamy Cremini Mushroom, Sundried Tomatoes and Spinach Sauce paired with Pan Seared Scallops made with a house made Herb Compound Butter. Accompanied with Fire Roasted Lemon Asparagus and Garlic Mashed Potatoes. To close the meal, you will be served an option of Rich Chocolate Cake OR a Trio of Mini Desserts of Cheesecake, Chocolate Truffles and Macarons. Dinner includes bottomless wine and champagne. This could be a wedding reception, birthday party, bridal shower, baby shower, corporate gathering, anniversary party...you get it, any party or get together you can imagine, we can help you. The space itself is suitable for up to 220 seated guests. For general admission (non seated), we can host over 400 guests at a time. The staff at eMbers have been in the event industry for a while.
