If you plan on having someone eat with you that is NOT attending the conference, you MUST purchase an additional meal ticket for the number of meals they will be eating.  Cost of the additional ticket is $20 per meal.  Refunds SEEMSDA has endeavored to keep the cost of the conference as low as possible. Because of this, we cannot give refunds to registrants that do not show up for the SEEMSDA Conference.  Benevolence Fund SEEMSDA is committed to helping our own in the event they may fall on hard times. We have a Benefolence Fund that is set up for these issues. Someone can submit a request if they are someone they know in EMS is in need of assistance. We assisted many EMS providers in previous years and gave out several thousand dollars. All of this money is raised with ticket sales on donated items at the annual conference. We would like for you to think about making a donation of an item for that event. If you do make a donation, you will be asked later in the check if you will be making a donation of money or an item and you would choose YES or NO.
