Description
BYOB Fitness Party BYOB Fitness Party On Saturday, Feb 5. Silent Disco Fun is hosting a Bring Your Own Bike (BYOB) fitness party. Join a community of bike riders of all skill levels! It’s not your typical workout or your typical silent disco. We have fun with fitness. Have you: • Bought a bike trainer and want to ride with other people? • Wanted to buy a bike trainer but want to test different kinds first? • Purchased a bike and wanted to try a different experience? If so, this event is for you. We provide you with a socially distanced area to workout. During the workout, your Motivator and Cycle Guide will guide you through a powerful cycle party with guided instruction and music. This week’s Motivator and Cycle Guide is Miles! Remember this is not your typical cycle class and it is up to you to get out what you want out of it. WE provide the atmosphere, YOU provide the effort. Registration: There are three options to join the party: • JOIN THE PACK - Free: You bring your own bike, bike trainer and motivation. • FOLLOW THE LEADER - $10: You bring your own bike and bike trainer but want to wear the provided headphones to listen to our curated playlist and Motivator/Cycle Guide • CLICK IN - $30: You have your own bike and want to click into a rented bike trainer + follow the leader Now, it’s time to turn this experience to into lifestyle and we’re here to guide you along the journey!!! For bikes with rear pads, skewers are available. For bikes with disk brakes, you will require a thru-axle and set up prior attending with click in option (Do not sign up without this completed. You will not be able to participate). See how-to video for setup: https://youtu.be/T7TgbtDg4fQhttps://www.eventbrite.com/manage/events/247177985007/details Come early for us to walk you through set up. Depending on your bike, to protect your bike from getting scratched and provide a safer ride, we sometime need to take your rear tire off to replace skewer (part that holds the tire to the frame). Once again, we’ll guide you through it. NOTE: For bikes that use a trainer often, we recommend using a training tire. This could be a new tire or an old/used road tire. The consistency of using a bike trainer at home or with us can wear the tire
