Learn about the homebuying process, what professionals are involved at each stage, and be able to be a confident first-time homeowner! Norita Cruz is someone who loves to give back to the community.  She served our country in the United States Navy on two deployments. She strives to be an active member in the Veteran community and help her fellow veterans as much as possible. Her husband is retired from the Navy. They moved their family to Knoxville with a goal of making a better community. They enjoy helping fellow veterans in the community. Norita has worked with adults with disabilities to help them be more independent and have a better quality of life. This included assisting at their places of employment as well as social outings to help with all aspects of their lives! Norita is passionate about education and having an inclusive school learning experience for all students. She has worked in special education settings and general education settings with a diverse groups of students. She believes in empowering children to find their passion, as well as provide them with the skills they need to grow and succeed.   Norita is an advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community.  Norita also has a passion for animals. She assists rescue organizations on social media and by providing transportation as often as possible. Norita has many hobbies and tries to lead a healthy lifestyle. She shares about naturally based products from a company who's number one goal is to have a positive impact in every community. This is done through small efforts of business partners doing good for others. There are also huge efforts with many people taking part for things such as hurricane relief, building community centers, aiding children, and assisting veterans. Norita has decided to do her part to contribute to children, families, and veterans in her community.
