An afternoon of recognition, conversation, and insight. This year we celebrate 40 years of leaders who are woven into the fabric of RI. Celebrating 40 'Threads of Leadership' Honorees With over 2,800 remarkably accomplished LRI alumni in our ranks, we leaned on Robert K. Greenleaf, the thought leader who first coined the term "servant leadership," to select 40 LRI alumni leaders to celebrate at this year's Inspiring Leaders Awards Luncheon. We've witnessed each of these 40 strive to positively administer Greenleaf's "best test" throughout their careers and community involvement in Rhode Island. Honorees to be announced on Monday January 31, 2022 Robert K. Greenleaf's "The Best Test" Do those served grow as persons? Do they, while being served, become healthier, wiser, freer, more autonomous, more likely themselves to become servants? And, what is the effect on the least privileged in society; will they benefit, or, at least, not be further deprived?
