ITC Engineering Services is looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our facility. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as repairs and cleaning to ensure that our facilities are both tidy and functional. Workdays: Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) Weekends off Maintenance Worker Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc. 2. Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed 3. Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues 4. Maintain grounds, including garden and yard upkeep, trimming, edging, mowing lawn, collecting trash, etc. 5. Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs 7. Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems 8. Test the functionality of the facility's safety systems 9. Collaborate with a team of workers and other professionals during renovations and facility expansions 10.Report to facilities or maintenance manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress Maintenance Worker Requirements and Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position, preferably in a corporate setting 3. Ability to read and utilize technical manuals and drawings 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5.
