Discover the Wild Side of Wine! If you've been curious about natural wine, this class is your chance to take a deep-dive into the wilder side of the wine world. Our Wine Educator and Lady Somm, Monty, will guide you through some basic definitions and how natural winemaking is different thatn conventional/commercial practices, all while tasting through some signature styles: Idlewild Flora & Fauna Rose, California Tessier Pinot Gris Skin Contact, CaliforniaBreaking Bread Pet Nat, CaliforniaBrooks Runaway Red, OregonThis educational course will take place at our greenhouse family table and a light snack will be provided. Our goal is to share our passion for great wine with our customers through educational events and casual wine tastings. We will also feature a series of pop-ups to showcase the chefs, bakers, and farmers of our region who care as deeply for great food and experiences as we do.
