This event is open and free to all food service professionals!!!!! MUSHROOM EDUCATION & DEMONSTRATION This event is open and free to all food service professionals!!!!! Chef Roel (CHCC) & Jim Case (Pebble Creek Mushroom) will host this event at Cascade Hills Country Club. Jim will provide hands on material and education on the cultivation of mushrooms and his operation at Pebble Creek. Chef Roel will talk about the the culinary program and operations at CHCC, a kitchen tour as well as a live action station and demonstration utilizing Pebble Creek Mushrooms. Non-Alcoholic Beverages & Hors D’oeuvres provided.
