This event is open and free to all food service professionals!!!!! MUSHROOM EDUCATION & DEMONSTRATION This event is open and free to all food service professionals!!!!! Chef Roel (CHCC) & Jim Case (Pebble Creek Mushroom) will host this event at Cascade Hills Country Club. Jim will provide hands on material and education on the cultivation of mushrooms and his operation at Pebble Creek. Chef Roel will talk about the the culinary program and operations at CHCC, a kitchen tour as well as a live action station and demonstration utilizing Pebble Creek Mushrooms. Non-Alcoholic Beverages & Hors D’oeuvres provided. The American Culinary Federation (ACF) is a professional organization for chefs and cooks founded in 1929 in New York City by three chefs’ organizations: the Société Culinaire Philanthropique, the Vatel Club and the Chefs de Cuisine Association of America. Since our inception, little has changed in our principal goals.
