Please read the entire add before emailing me. I need a few things done, if you cannot do one but the other that is fine just let me know what you can do and how much you will charge. 1st - I would like the kitchen cabinet bottom repaired underneath the sink., glue down a couple of 2X4's on each edge and one in middle shim 2x4's so bottom sits in its original position. Cut a new bottom out of 1/4" or 3/8" and screw it down to 2x4's so I can remove if needed. Then Cut 12" side and back walls out of 1/4' and glue it to sides and back. All wood should be pre painted white before installed, caulk edges with white. I will allow 70.00 on material you will buy or if you have it I will pay you for it up to 70.00 and your labor to do the Job, how much for your labor. 2nd - I would like the bathroom counter top repaired. I would like only the edge removed on the counter top the 1 inch squares and replace the edge with a similar color JUST THE FRONT EDGE. So remove what edge is left and retile the edge with similar color, I will have these purchased prior. Then grout the new tiles installed. I know it will not match exact. How much for your labor 3rd - I would like 4 or 5 one inch tiles replaced in the bathtub area near the drain, I will have these purchased as well. and grout that 5" area around drain, install new drain cover if possible. How much for your labor 4th - Install new pool pump, I have the pool pump, it should just bolt up to existing plumbing. How much to install new pool pump. If it should require you to re plumb I am flexible but for now quote it as a direct replacement and wire it up. 5th - Install Sheet rock and mud and tape it. The area is about 12 feet by 26" so about one sheet if cut it up in 4 foot sections 26" How much to install sheet rock and mud and tape, nothing fancy. See photos all of this should be less than a days worth of work for one person, if you think it is more then you are not my guy.
