NEW HAVEN, CT - A New Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Hamden earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On January 24, Sherese Reddick, of New Haven, purchased a Play4 Night ticket from the Hamden Variety Store and won $10,000.
