Growing Residential production and custom home builder is looking for a hard working, eager to learn person for the position of Superintendent. Ideal candidate must be ambitious and organized with an eagerness to learn and grow. Some construction experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Depending on experience level, this position may begin as a superintendent in training while the right skills are learned. Compensation will vary based on experience. We will be looking for someone that works well with our team. We know that construction and construction management can be taught.
