BROOKLYN, MD — Police announced that a Brooklyn 7-Eleven was robbed by a male with a gun last Wednesday. Nobody was hurt, but officers are still looking for the unknown suspect. Authorities said they heard about the robbery around 12:15 a.m. and responded to the convenience store located at 4000 Ritchie Highway. Police alleged that the suspect entered the shop, flashed a gun and demanded money. Officers said the employee complied and the accused male fled. Authorities searched the area, but they could not find the suspect. Detectives are still investigating. The Anne Arundel County Police Department asked anybody with information to call (410) 222-4720. Tipsters can stay anonymous by dialing (410) 222-4700. Have a story idea?
