Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 01/24/2022 5:33 AM 01/23/22 2022-0235, Speeding More Than 35MPH:  On 01/23/22 at 8:12 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Route 47 and Newark Road, Lisbon Township.  The driver of the vehicle, Daniel Chang-Hwa Yee, a 25-year-old male from the 8000 block of Hyannis Port Drive, Dayton, Ohio, was cited for speeding more the 35 mph over the posted speed limit and released on a personal recognizance. 2022-0235, Speeding More Than 35MPH: 2022-0236, DUI:  On 01/23/22 at 9:40 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of North Bridge St. and East Veterans Parkway in Yorkville.  The driver of the vehicle, Oscar Urbina, a 42-year-old male from the 2300 block of Iroquois Lane, Yorkville was taken into custody for driving under the influence of alcohol.  Urbina was also cited for disobeying a traffic control device and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.  Urbina was transported to Kendall County Corrections for processing. The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
