Brian’s House is a regional provider of services and support for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities. We're currently seeking a Client Finance Coordinator to work alongside our Accounting/Finance team in our Exton, PA office! The basic job functions are below. Manage check requests and issue checks from client bank accounts 2. Maintain client checkbooks – reconcile to monthly bank statements, distribute bank statements to Program Directors, report balances monthly to CEO and Program Directors and highlight accounts that need to be spent down 3. Collect receipts, match to check request forms, work with Supervisors and Program Directors to obtain missing receipts 4. Client banking – take deposits to bank, open new accounts, provide bank statements as needed, maintain supporting documentation 5. Client room and board – write checks monthly when bills are received, create new contracts each January, create contracts for new clients, revise contracts as needed, maintain supporting documentation 6. Client Social Security – apply for new clients, manage eligibility and troubleshoot issues, ensure payments are being received, record monthly electronic payments in check register, assist with audits, prepare quarterly reports, communicate changes to billing when room and board rate is affected 7. Rep Payee applications – apply for new clients, troubleshoot issues with Social Security office 8. Maintain client files containing all of the above information and provide documentation when needed 9. Assist Program Directors with county redeterminations.
