HOOKSETT, NH — A woman from Londonderry was arrested on a drunken-driving charge after being accused of a hit-and-run crash in Concord. Around 1:30 a.m. on Jan. 15, police in Hooksett received a call from Concord police about a vehicle that was involved in a crash in the city. Police in Concord said the car might be near a car wash in Hooksett. An officer checked the area, found the vehicle, and stop it as it was pulling out of the parking lot of the business. The officer "observed significant damage" to the front of the vehicle, according to Sgt. Mike Zappala of the Hooksett Police Department. The driver, Erin Gullage, 39, of Londonderry, was questioned and accused of admitting to drinking. Police said she agreed to field sobriety tests and was then arrested. During processing at the Hooksett Police Department, Gullage agreed to a breath test and was accused of blowing a 0.17, more than twice the legal limit. Police then upgraded the charge to aggravated driving under the influence. Gullage was released on personal recognizance bail and was scheduled to be arraigned in Hooksett District Court on Jan. 20.
