Inflation continues to rear its ugly head and yet employers are still stuck in the past. Don't accept the pittance that they offer. I am doing Instacart right now and will continue to do so until I receive a reasonable (monetary) offer to work someplace where I am not hassled about getting a "vaccine" that isn't a vaccine and I don't have to wear a f*cking mask and breathe in my own bacteria and CO2 all day. A lot of us are doing the "gig economy" thing until the dust settles and employers come to their senses. Or we go to war with Russia and then China allies with them and then we are f*cked. (This isn't a Star Wars movie, people). A grocery store cashier 60 years ago used to START at $23-$24/hr. adjusted for inflation and every register was manned by a smiling employee. Now it's all self-checkout because these grocers are offering "up to" waaayyy less than $23-$24 while pushing woke corporate B.S. and vax/testing propaganda on their lowly serfs. Customers are essentially just standing in bread lines and don't even know it yet. I see it every day. But Silver Alert and Raggedy Ann are monitoring the situation very closely and have everything under control. Just keep telling yourself that it's a congenital stutter and not advanced cognitive decline because "science," LOL.
