Seeking skilled maintenance person with a number of years of commercial/industry experience to conduct daily maintenance operations on-location in an industrial/residential building. Day shift with a managed, rotating on-call schedule. The ideal candidate will have skills in framing & drywall, plumbing and electrical experience. Pipe-fitting, steam and boiler experience is a major plus but will train on site. You will be joining a team that works both individually and collectively, splitting their time between restoration work and our tenants' unit repairs. We manage a 78 unit apartment building with a population of artists and creative professionals of all ages. This is a physical labor position. Candidates are expected to be able to lift 50 pounds and work safely with power tools, ladders and other maintenance equipment. Workshop experience is mandatory. Tools are provided and kept on-location. Must have reliable means of transportation, professional demeanor, and a positive disposition. Private off-street parking provided.
