Our residential Property is looking for a new Maintenance Tech to join our ranks. Our success come directly from our dedicated and passionate team, and we value their skills, input and drive. This is a full time position- Mon-Friday with an on-call rotation. Competitive compensation and benefits!!! Candidates should be well rounded in the trades, and have strong plumbing skills. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to: General Maintenance Light Electrical Light to Moderate Plumbing Light Carpentry Apartment turns- preparing for new residents Appliance Installs & basic repairs Preventative maintenance Light Grounds work Painting Snow Removal This Position also includes an on-call requirement (which is rotated between all techs) So you must be within 30 min of Westbrook.
