Seeking pro players for bluegrass/acoustic band

Description

Seeking fiddle, banjo, lead acoustic, bass for bluegrass/acoustic project. I cut my teeth on rock growing up, but have many influences, over many genres. I am thinking something in the vein of Steeldrivers, Trampled by Turtles, The Dead South, Alison Krauss & Union Station. I sing lead and play rhythm guitar. I have good gear, learn my songs and love playing and creating music with others. Ideally, we can find a strong female lead that plays an instrument to share lead duties with me, and fill out the rest of the group. With children, work, and Covid, I am really hoping to practice once a week, and gig out once or twice a month. What's most important to me would be - - everyone in the group having fun and finding joy in what we do - 0% drama, issues, attitudes - folks who are comfortable in a collaborative situation. No "leaders" - building long term musical connections for other projects. I have a small home studio for recording, and love to write songs as well. If you play very well, are looking to have fun making good music with good folks please get in touch. I have songs to share so you can hear how I sing/play. I will ask for the same before getting together, so when we do, we are all on the same page. I have a practice space in Southern Maine, but I am open if someone has one a bit more central to the group. I have a PA and gear for playing live when we are ready.
