Description Staff Management | SMX is currently hiring for Warehouse Processing Operator, who will be using a forklift loading, unloading trucks, pulling stock from shelves, keeping the warehouse organized and clean, also keeping inventory in check. This is a Monday through Friday Day Shift Full-Time position. • Advancement Opportunities • Weekly Paychecks • Medical / Dental Insurance • Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options • Growth opportunities Perks & Benefits • Weekly paychecks • Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options • Medical / Dental Insurance • Modern, high tech Environment • Advancement Opportunities • Pay Rate $22/hr Employment Type & Shifts • Temp to Hire • Full Time • 1st Shift Job Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to: • Use the warehouse management system to document, put away and task information to assure proper tracking and inventory information to locate, scan, and pull inventory utilizing various company equipment • Evaluate and sign out lift trucks prior to use by assessing condition and defined specifications in accordance with the client and OSHA standards • Load, pick, and unload inventory onto or off racks, pallets, skids, conveyors, and or lifting devices • Read production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition Requirements for this position are as follows: • HS Diploma/GED Equivalent & three (3) months or more related experience or training • Beginner level experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations instructions, and manuals • Ability for prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, crouching and balancing • Lifting and carrying maximum of 50lbs Associate Requirements • HS Diploma or GED • Background Check • Able to Lift 60 pounds • Drug Test • Stand for Shift Duration • Must be at least 18 years old Work Location Staff Management | SMX Sparks, NV 89434
