LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Maintenance Technician needed for a busy real estate company. Must be able to manage a variety of tasks and work independently. Must be able to perform all types of routine maintenance service work at scattered locations including light plumbing, electrical, drywall patching, HVAC repair, and painting. Must be computer literate and organized. Must be able to update time sheet daily, and be available for rotating on-call duty. Must be able to update management staff, tenants, and property owner professionally if required. Candidate must have a truck or reliable vehicle with their own tools. A clean driving record and be able to pass a drug test. Candidate must be able to work 40 hours a week plus some seldom evenings and weekends.
