Our client, an Oregon-based pioneer in the semiconductor industry, has openings for Quality Control Technicians starting as soon as possible! We're urgently looking to fill full-time, temporary positions with the opportunity to stay on permanently and no experience is necessary! This is a great position for entry-level candidates looking for a start in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Candidates with WAFER PRODUCTION, METROLOGY, or PHOTOLITHOGRAPHY experience are highly desirable. Benefits: $19-$22 per hour depending on direct experience Weekly paycheck Employer paid benefits Growth opportunities A compressed work week with overtime options Annual bonus As a Quality Technician, you'll: Successfully catch wafers with misalignment, photo defects, etch defects, and other defects at all levels Operate a microscope for visual inspection Understand and follow the Inline QC Photo Develop Inspection and Post-Etch Inspection specifications Understand and follow basic QC disposition rules The ideal candidate will: Be proficient with image capture of defects, microscope operation, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word Understand the difference between random and systematic process issues/defects Have experience using a microscope Interviews are taking place right away.
