Wight’s Deck+Design is a small family business. Our core belief is we can beautify our community, take excellent care of our families, and having fun doing it. We design and build custom outdoor living spaces, specifically decks. We only offer residential services. Due to our small size and abundant demand we offer these services year round, rain or shine.  Position available - Crew member/Laborer. - Build decks and outdoor living spaces with the crew. - No knowledge, skills, or tools necessary. We will train, educate, and equip. Responsibilities - Love to work outside - Experience working in teams - Fast learner and willingness to expand knowledge - Desire to grow and develop with our company and skill sets - Driven to develop as a healthy person - Communicating effectively with managers, as well as with fellow coworkers.  - Establish a sense of trust and confidence with our clients. Considerate and kind to surrounding homeowners. - Excels in safe practices and continually promotes improvements to daily safety operations. Is aware of their surroundings and anticipates areas of safety concerns.  Required Qualifications - Valid WA driver's license - Pass a drug test - Pass a state patrol background assessment - At least 18 years or older - Ability to lift 50lbs continuously - Positive to a fault - A functional smart phone - Reliable transportation, punctual Hours and Compensation - Full-Time position, Mon-Fri 8am-4pm - Compensation starting at $22 or DOE - Overtime and bonus pay available.
