Pioneer Millworks is a reclaimed and sustainable wood company, sourcing wood from across the country and beyond. At our production mills in McMinnville, OR and Farmington, NY we craft flooring, paneling, siding, posts and beams, furniture, and more. We're looking for a finishing team member at our McMinnville, OR location. This hands-on position will include applying various paints, stains, and oil/wax finishes to create our specialty high-end flooring and paneling. The right person is a detail-obsessed-efficient-problem-solver. Ideally, this candidate will have a great attitude and experience: · working with wood and paint · applying surface treatments · operating production line tools · using hand-held shop tools · preparing pallets of finished products for shipment This position is full time, M-F, with the opportunity for on-the-job training and growth.
