Our tech enabled management platform re-defines what consumers today can expect for managing their homes with easy-to-use mobile applications, clear centralized communications and increased transparency. What you’ll do: Work alongside the Humming Homes Operations team to manage homes in the Hamptons Complete a checklist, communicating the status and condition of each home on a weekly basis Conduct home walkthroughs, checking the mechanics and appliances, and ensuring the house is in good condition Provide proactive recommendations for home care Role: As a House Watcher, you will be the on-the-ground eyes and ears for both our operations team and our homeowners. You will keep watch on our homes-under-management (HUM), including meeting with service providers on-site, providing access to homes for vendors and documenting the status of the home on a weekly basis. We’re looking for someone experienced in home systems and property care that is energized by having exposure to a fast-moving startup environment. You can fit this role in with an existing job or have a full workload with Humming Homes. There is a major opportunity to grow within the company.
